Warm oil, slow movements, attentive listening: at SWA, in Paris 17th, Ayurvedic massages to release tension and restore your balance.
Everything begins with a 2-hour first appointment: an Ayurvedic assessment to get to know you, then a massage chosen for you (150 €).
“Massage adapted to my needs in the moment. A parenthesis you emerge from feeling at peace.” — Julien
Why come and see me?
To give yourself a moment of relaxation and energy, to support a weight-loss journey, or to help you live better and age well.
We always choose the treatment together, during the appointment. Click a reason to discover the treatment I may suggest:
Ayurvedic treatments are wellness treatments. They do not replace a medical diagnosis, advice or treatment: if you have persistent pain or a health problem, please see your doctor. Some treatments may not be suitable (pregnancy, recent surgery or health issue…): we will discuss this together during the assessment.
How your care unfolds
#1 — The first appointment: the Ayurvedic assessment
A 1-hour conversation to form hypotheses about your Prakriti (constitutional dosha) and your Vikritis (current imbalances) in order to choose the most suitable treatment, oil, rhythm and intensity. Allow 2 hours: 1h assessment and 1h treatment.
#2 — Follow-up appointments: personalised follow-up
A 15-minute conversation is enough to identify how you’re feeling that day before the treatment. 1h appointments (15 min conversation + 45 min treatment) or 1h30 (15 min + 1h15 treatment).

You don’t need to choose your treatment in advance. On Calendly, you simply book a time slot: first a 2-hour first appointment (assessment + treatment, 150 €), then 1-hour follow-up appointments (15 min conversation + 45 min treatment, 100 €) or 1h30 (15 min + 1h15 treatment, 130 €). At each session, I choose with you the treatment best suited to how you feel that day. The list below simply gives you an idea of what I offer. Only the courses are booked directly.
The stages of an Atreya Abhyanga massage
Each oil massage combines all or some of these stages, depending on your needs of the moment.
- AnandaLight fingertip strokes along the spine and the neck that spread vital energy (prana), relax the back, settle you in to receive the massage and restore energy.
- HarmonisationMovements that rebalance the doshas and spread relaxation throughout the body.
- StimulationMore dynamic work that opens the srotas (the body’s channels) to activate the elimination of accumulated toxins (ama).
- Snehana and SvedanaTense areas are oiled, then warmed with a hot mud pack to relax the muscles deeply. Snehana is oleation; Svedana is the controlled application of heat that induces sweating.
- ReleaseMuscle tension is released through prana, the vital energy carried by the breath. Depending on the tension (a knot, a “cord” or a plate), I use thumb pressure, slow continuous glides, light vibrations or simply holding still. The tension lets go, and with it the emotions lodged there; the mind calms down.
Warm oil massages
For each massage, I choose the oil best suited to your imbalance.
First appointment: assessment + Atreya Abhyanga massage
The ideal way to discover Ayurvedic treatments. We first take the time to get to know each other and understand your constitution and your current needs, then you receive a full-body warm-oil massage, including the head, feet and hands, chosen for you.
Technique: 1 hour of assessment, guided by a questionnaire, to form hypotheses about your birth constitution (Prakriti) and your current imbalances of body and mind (Vikritis), and adapt the treatment accordingly. Then 1 hour of full-body Atreya Abhyanga massage with warm oil, including the head, hands and feet, in 2 stages: harmonisation, to balance the doshas, and stimulation, to eliminate accumulated toxins (ama).

What happens during a session?
A conversation to begin
Each session starts with a conversation (1 hour at the first appointment, 15 minutes afterwards) to adapt the treatment to how you feel that day.
Your comfort and privacy
Disposable underwear is provided for the massage, and you are settled comfortably on the treatment table, covered with a cotton sheet and a blanket.
Before you come
Have a light meal before your appointment, but never come on an empty stomach. Come without make-up. Oils may touch your hair during head massages: bring a hat so you don’t catch cold when you leave, and if possible allow some quiet time after the session.
Your health
Let me know when booking if you are pregnant, have a health issue or have had recent surgery, so that I can adapt the treatment.
